Tips: Not extremely high up compared to big sky bars, but you get charm, good value, great views, and less touristy. For best view seats, go early or reserve.
Sala Rattanakosin ‒ Rooftop Bar
Elegant but intimate; overlooking Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn) across the river. Golden hour is beautiful here. Combines modern lounge / alfresco style.

Price range: Prices are more “reasonable” vs high-end sky bars. Drinks (beer, cocktails, wine) at fair price; food tends to be casual / bar-bistro style.

Tips:Good choice if you want a rooftop view without paying premium. Nice for early evening or later; less formal.

High floor rooftop ,25th of Grand China Bangkok hotel in Chinatown, panoramic view including city skyline + Chao Phraya. Elegant, upscale. Looks more like a classic sky-bar with rotation dinner restaurant for panorama view for whole Bangkok.
Price range: Drinks about ฿300-450; tapas or small-plate food ~ ฿600 for several dishes.

Tips: Because it’s at a big hotel, tends to have better infrastructure, service. Beautiful for sunset, and city illuminated scene.
